JOB TRAINING PROGRAM
Members enrolled in COPE’s Evolve Program will work with job coaches to learn all aspects of operating a retail store and managing a warehouse. The goal of this Work Adjustment Training is for members to obtain the skills needed to seek employment with partnering businesses or secure other available potential placements. Individuals enrolled in a Medicaid plan and/or have a Serious Mental illness (SMI) designation qualify for this program.

BIZANTEEN BIKE SHOP COLLABORATION
Additionally Evolve is collaborating with Pima Prevention Partnership's (PPP) Bizanteen Bike Shop Program into our facility, which will include bike repair, sales, and additional training opportunities for participants in the program. To learn more about PPP's programs visit their website.
BUILDING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Programming at Evolve will include individualized training, resume building, interview planning, and financial literacy preparation. The Evolve program will increase Tucson’s workforce, reduce unemployment rates, and improve the wellbeing of our community.
Participants who successfully complete the program will not only have the necessary skills to obtain employment but may also be eligible to receive a fully functioning desktop or laptop computer free of charge.
